We loved the stay we had at CC Beach Hotel. Beautiful beach, execellent staff, very friendly. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and somewhat secluded, when comparing to the other beaches in the area. The highlight of our trip, was when a turtle came out of the ocean, 10 feet behind me, and started digging, laying her eggs in the sand, and went back to the ocean. What an experience. American Airlines cancelled our flight home and gave us a free stay for the night at an upscale hotel. It was great, but we liked the stay at CC Beach Hotel just as much. Definetly would stay there again.

the staff at the Coconut Court are very professional. they speak to everyone. The owners live on the thep property and treat you like family. This the second time that we have stayed there. It is very convient to to downtown. It is also very close to entertaiment areas like Saint Lawrence Gap. The hotel has a very nice resturant and a beautiful beach. If you like to walk or jog but don't like sand in you shoes there is a boardwalk just a few yards away or if you don't mind the sand and surf there are miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Travel is very easy by car, taxi or bus. The bus only cost .75 centsUS one way.

The hotel location, right on the beach, was very good as you could walk or take the bus to nearby restaurants and shops. Our room on the third floor, no elevator, was very basic but adequate for our purposes. The breakfast buffet which was included in our package was ok, however the eggs tasted a little weird, and after seven days, the sameness started to wear on us. The mattresses in our room, which was in the older section, were horrible, and the replacement mattresses were not much better. If they got better mattresses we would stay again, however at this point would be afraid to stay there because that. My best memories of the hotel was going out to the beach after breakfast and sitting under one of the palm trees while alternating between reading a book and gazing at the beautiful sea for hours. you may want to bring protective shoes to wear while in the ocean because the beach has alot of pebbles. The second best thing about the hotel was Ted's Tours.

My partner and I work in the service industry in NYC. We were looking for an inexpensive, relaxing and beautiful weeklong getaway. We found it at The Cocount Court Beach Hotel in Barbados. Every aspect of our trip was better than we could have imagined! We had direct flights to and from NYC. We left at 8am and were laying on the beach in front of our hotel, with drinks in hand, by 2pm. The hotel is charming and has character (versus the massive blocks of lookalike hotels you find farther down the beach with row after row of tourists packed together on loungechairs like sardines). The staff is warm, friendly and very accomodating. At no point during our stay did we have any complaints. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have great views of the ocean! The water in front of the hotel is great for taking a quick dip. The beach is loveyl! Large palm trees spread out all over the beach. It felt very natural. The breakfast buffet was fine. I am not sure what everyone is complaining about in previous reviews. There were many choices and the food was simply breakfast food...eggs, fruit, french toast, pastries, coffee, juices...what more are people looking for out of breakfast? The dining area is open air with a nice view of the beach. We ate dinner at the hotel twice while staying there and enjoyed both meals! The pool area is great and there were two hot tubs. I thought the location was excellent! The bus stop is located across the street and can take you all over the island . We walked the coast in both directions on separate days and discovered beautiful beaches and spots in Barbados. Also, coming from NYC, Barbados is extremely inexpensive!!

the hotel is pretty basic. the breakfast leaves something to be desired. the eggs were runny and no meat whatsoever. the view from the ocean view room was beautiful, and the staff were all very nice. my wife could not eat the food there though so we ate at tgi fridays, an italian place called bonos, that had great subs. the guests were all very nice too. many of them were repeat visitors. the main problem we had with the trip is that american airlines planes are always late. we missed our connecting flight because of that, and had to spend the night in a miami hotel and they did nothing for us at all even though it was thier fault. i will never fly american airlines again. another lady had her flight cancelled at the last minute and the next day she missed her connection because the flight was late too. she spent two days trying to get back to boston................american airlines =VERY VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
